Panel Wainscot, RAIL Set, 8ft long, in Paint Grade MDF - consisting of four pieces: Upper & Lower x-rails, Tall Wainscot FJ Poplar Cap, with 5/8" backset at 8ft, and a wainscot PVC Shoe Trim ONLY. Panels and Stiles pack separately and are not included. This kit is suited for those who choose to cut their own panels and stiles on site. These rails are made to accommodate any of our paneled systems.
The Paneled Wainscot Rail Set is an 8 ft, paint grade package containing the four horizontal components needed to frame a wainscot wall. It includes upper and lower X-rails in primed MDF, a tall finger-jointed Poplar cap with a 5/8" back set, and a PVC shoe trim for moisture protection at the floor. Panels and stiles are sold separately, making this set ideal for installers who prefer to cut their own panels and stiles on site. The rails are engineered to accommodate any of our paneled systems, so you can mix and match to suit the project. Order this set when you want the framing parts of a wainscot kit without the pre-made panels.
